In June 2012, Broadgate Co-Sponsored the acquisition of the predecessor to ALM Positioners Inc. based in Rock Island, IL, a custom manufacturer of positioners and lifting equipment for multiple industries throughout North America. Broadgate exited its ALM investment in July 2022 thru a Management Buy-Out transaction.
