Broadgate is an “Industry Agnostic” Investor. While we are not mandated by a specific investment criteria and/or timeline, we have a disciplined approach.
Key attributes we look for:
- Middle-Market Companies based in North America
- Three (3) Years of Profitable Operating History
- Revenue > $5MM and EBITDA > $1MM
- Key Management Team In-Place
- Control Equity Investments
- Industry Agnostic:
- Strong Interest in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Healthcare
- Less Interest in Start-Ups, Oil & Gas, and Retail
