In November 2011, Broadgate Co-Sponsored the acquisition of Bestronics Inc. an Electronics Manufacturing Services (“EMS”) company based in San Jose, CA, specializing in printed circuit board and electronic box assembly services to multiple industries. Bestronics was sold to a financial acquirer in September 2019.
