Leslie Athickal was the CEO & Owner of Radiant Healthcare Services, LLC; a Licensed & Certified Home Health Agency in the DFW Metroplex area from 2003 to 2011 (leslie.athickal@gmail.com). Under Leslie’s leadership, Radiant expanded organically to four offices servicing approximately 600 patients and was named Texas Monthly Magazine’s “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” in 2010 & 2011. Radiant was acquired by Encompass Home Health in 2011. Leslie was also the CEO of Providence Homecare Services, LLC in Lufkin, TX from 2005 to 2012, which was acquired by Jordan Home Health in 2012.
