In June 2013, Broadgate Co-Sponsored the acquisition of Star Seed based in Osborne, Kansas. Since 1920, Star Seed has been a recognized leader in producing, conditioning, and distributing specialty seeds. Star Seed was sold to a financial acquirer in December 2018.
